Family Gets Discount at Restaurant for Well Behaved Kids

The only thing worse than sitting next to a family with kids is serving them. It’s nothing but whining, bickering, screaming and food throwing. This family, on the other hand, is a dream come true for food service around the world.

“This was definitely a random act of kindness,” King told the Daily News. “We didn’t go to the restaurant expecting a reward. We expect our kids to act this way whenever we are out and about. This was just a small surprise.”

Servers at Sogno di Vino had a lot on their plates Feb. 1 when King and her husband Chris, 33, brought their three young children to the sophisticated spot, with a wine bar and picturesque fireplaces.

Were going to glaze over the fact that they brought their kids to a winebar and point out that this should not be a huge accomplishment, this should be standard (should being the key word in this sentence).

On the other hand, maybe the location is the answer to how this can become standard. You don’t see behaved kids at Denny’s or IHOP because there is no wine served. In order to bear the undying agony that is your own children, you just need the patience of a saint and the breast milk of Jenny Rivera.
