Man Sues Tenant For Having a Threesome on The Roof, Is Labeled a Racist

We’ve seen plenty of awful tenants and awful landlords and this co-op thinks this tenant is the worst of them all. In good intentions he has filed suit, but now has come under fire for his “racist” lawsuit.

Kempter, 73, who owns a one-bedroom unit on the eighth floor of the E. 72nd St. high rise, lets his kids go wild when he’s out of town and their “strong-smelling” pot penetrates everywhere, even into one neighbor’s dishwasher, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Manhattan. Continue reading

This Comedian and Wonka factory lead worker  is living in some poor slum of an apartment, the landlord of which is obviously didn’t understand the gravity his infestation and is now paying the price.

That’s the good news for amateur photographer Mo Gelber, 42.

The bad news is that Gelber’s “Last Kiss” snapshot will be eligible to win this year’s “Project Imaginat10n” contest sponsored by filmmaker Ron Howard only if Gelber can obtain written permission from the couple. Continue reading

Magazine Photoshops Out A Fat Actor’s Leg For A Diabetes Shoot

An ad hired models to be in a photo shoot to bring awareness to diabetes and unhealthy food choices, but in reality hired an able-bodied man and made him look like he lost a foot to diabetes.

Cleo Berry’s image has been splashed all over the Internet, New York City subways and the New York Department of Health’s website as an anti-diabetes campaign. The poster shows 27-year-old Berry sitting on a stool, his right leg amputated. A pair of crutches lean against a wall behind him. Continue reading
